Customer Information

When you order an experience, TryThat.ca needs to know your name, address, email address, recipient's name, recipient's address, delivery address and credit card details. This information will allow us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the website, new Experiences and special offers we think you'll find valuable. We do not use cookies for collecting customers' personal data from the site.

How does TryThat.ca protect customer information?

When you place orders or request additional information on our services, we use a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorized access. Try That’s employees are regularly trained to ensure the protection and privacy of customer information. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.

Will TryThat.ca disclose the information it collects to outside parties?

TryThat.ca does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. TryThat.ca may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. We may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf.
