Aerobatic Thrill Ride - Pitts S2B Biplane

Let our pilot take you on the ride of your life in a highly manoeuvrable Pitts S2B Biplane. Experience Loops, Rolls, Snap Rolls, Hammerheads, Cuban Eighths, Inverted Flight...the list goes on and on.

Upon arrival at the airfield you’ll be introduced to your pilot who’ll show you around this amazing aircraft, whilst at the same time briefing you on the Experience to come. Then you’ll strap in and away you’ll go on the most unbelievable flight you’ve ever had. Anybody interested in aerobatic flight can partake in this Experience as the flight is tailor-made for you, whether you’re looking for WILD or MILD! Plus you’ll even have an opportunity to take the controls during parts of the flight. As always, safety is priority number one; the airplane is designed for aerobatics and our instructors are highly trained and experienced.

Once back on the ground there’ll be an opportunity to take a few photos with the aircraft and ask any questions you may have as your pulse returns to normal!

The Aircraft
The Pitts S2B biplane is a 1,200lb aircraft equipped with a 540 cubic inch six cylinder Lycoming engine which produces 260 horsepower. Combined with a two blade variable pitch propeller, this little beauty cruises at 170 mph. The aircraft is built to perform aerobatic manoeuvres and withstand a G-force of six.
