Our “Bar Chef“ will consult with you to identify and discover your unique flavour preferences and to create a small list of custom beverages tailored to the evenings' theme or program. These drinks are formatted on an attractive spill proof laminated menu and made available for the host to keep. Each drink is prepared with an explanation of its' unique synergies and guests are encouraged to try mixing their own cocktails under the direction of the mixologist.

This experience will show you how to create custom cocktails in each of the five main spirit categories: Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whiskey and Tequila. Each cocktail is guaranteed to satisfy your guests' unique taste and preferences.
