We provide the helmets and any other required gear. You should wear layered clothing with a long sleeved top or hoodie. Long pants are recommended, along with hiking or running shoes. Wear clothes you don't mind getting wet and dirty, bring water and snacks in a backpack, and don't forget your camera!Other Important Information
