Segway Teambuilding Relay Event

The Segway Teambuilding Relay Event is ideal for larger groups, who want to have fun with the Segway and challenge each other. 

The event will start off with about 10-15 minutes learning various techniques for riding a Segway, followed by a relay race against each of the other teams. This event typically lasts 45 - 60 minutes (depending on the number of participants) and can be held at either our Distillery District or our Horseshoe Valley Off Road locations, which give great options for pre or post event dining and additional activities.

The Toronto Distillery District is a national Historic Site and represents the largest and best preserved collection of Victorian Industrial Architecture in North America. Formerly known as The Gooderham and Worts Distillery, this facility has played an important role in the growth and wealth of both the city and nation, at one time contributing more to the Federal coffers than any other enterprise in the country. Whether your interests lie in heritage architecture, 19th century industrial processes or ghost stories, The District offers areas of interest for everyone in the family.

Add a Historical Walking Tour
Many clients who opt to hold their event at the Distillery District decide to combine this with our Historic Walking Tour, where a knowledgeable guide will bring to life the history, buildings, and architecture.  Along the way, there is a visit to Soma Chocolate and Mill Street Brewery for some tasty samples.

Things to Remember

A waiver of liability must be signed prior to participation (if under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf).
Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
Rider must be physically able to climb and descend stairs without assistance or use of a handrail.
Rider must also be able to operate the steering control with his or her left hand.
