Enjoy a relaxing Dinner Cruise on Georgian Bay at Wasaga Beach, home to the longest freshwater beach in the world.

Your cruise will start from our location in Wasaga Beach, beginning with a short ride down the Nottawasaga River in our 33ft Thompson boat to the open waters of Georgian Bay.

You will be in the company of Captain Shawn who has navigated boats for more than 29 years that range from small vessels to operating full yachts and sailboats and is licensed for both Coastal and Inland waterways with a 90 ton Captain's License.  Captain Shawn is also an Executive Chef at American Platinum level. With over 40 years of cooking experience he has also received the Zaggat Award 3 times!  He truly is "The Fishing Chef", and he will be your chef for this wonderful dining experience.

Captain Shawn will cook a gourmet three course meal with a complimentary bottle of wine...Bon Appetit! Just relax and enjoy one of the famous Georgian Bay Sunsets.

Sample Dinner Menu:

• Starter - Wild Citrus Salsa Salad with Fresh Greens and a marinade of citrus fruits served in a tangerine cup.
• Main -Fresh Grilled Salmon topped with grilled asparagus and garlic butter glaze.
• Dessert - Honeydew melon glazed with white peppercorn cranberry honey glaze.

You will be able to choose a fish, beef or chicken menu. All dinners are paired with VQA Wines upon request for your dining experience.
