This two day getaway enables you to experience the beauty of the Canadian winter by snowmobile.

On both days you will take to the trails managed by the Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs from Wasaga Beach, where you will have a 4 hour guided tour on your 2 seater 09/10 Grand Touring Ski-Doo with electric start, hand warmers and reverse gears.  The tours take you through forests and across fields and you will be able to stop at lookouts to take in the beauty of the area. One of the guides' sleds has a kaboose with safety equipment refreshments and blankets.

Also included in this package you will be staying at one of Wasaga Beachs' premier accommodations and your breakfasts and dinners are also included for each day.

This Experience includes:

Snowmobile Getaway
The standard motel rooms are non-smoking and are located in our main building. They feature two queen-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen with all of the comforts of home (stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster etc.), and a 4 piece bathroom with hairdryer. The motel rooms have a 20" colour TV with a full Rogers Cable VIP package, and feature a direct-dial telephone. Daily light housekeeping services are also provided.

The jacuzzi suite features a king size bed, in room 2 person jacuzzi tub, electric fireplace, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, cable television and DVD player.

Snowmobile Getaway - Mini Condo
The mini condos feature a king size bed in the first bedroom, 2 double beds in the second bedroom, large living/dining room with electric fireplace, full kitchen with dishwasher, 4 piece bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub, cable television and DVD player.

Snowmobile Getaway - Deluxe 2 Bedroom Chalet
The deluxe 2 bedroom chalet features a queen size bed in the first bedroom, a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom, gas fireplace in the living/dining room, full kitchen, 4 piece bathroom with 2 person jacuzzi tub, cable television, DVD player and your own covered porch with BBQ (propane provided).

Things to Remember

A waiver of liability must be signed before participation.
Drivers must have a valid car driving license.
The minimum age of 18 is for drivers only.

Recommended Clothing

Please come dressed for the weather conditions with good gloves and boots.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Do I need a Snowmobile Trail Permit?
A. No, the snowmobile is fully licensed.

Q. Do I need to purchase fuel?
A. No, the snowmobiles will be fully fueled for your tour.

Q. Do I need to bring a helmet?
A. No, we supply helmets. (except for children between 5 and 10 years old).

Q. Is lunch included in the price?
A. No, you can order what you like from the menu except alcoholic drinks as there is a zero tolerance policy for drinking and snowmobiling.

Q. What is the youngest age for a passenger?
A. We can allow passengers as young as 5 years old however the smallest helmets we have are suitable for 10 years and up so you will have to bring your own helmets for any children between 5 and 10 years old.

Other Important Information

The accommodation is at The Saga Resort in Wasaga Beach.

As part of this package you will receive a $10.00 voucher each day per couple for breakfast which can be redeemed at Breezes Café (just opposite The Saga Resort) and a $50.00 voucher each day per couple for dinner which can be redeemed at either Boston Pizza or Wild Wing in Wasaga Beach, both of which are only a 5 minute walk from the resort.

You can choose to take either the morning snowmobile tours starting at 9:00am and returning at 1:00pm or the afternoon tours starting at 2:00pm and returning at 6:00pm.
